This award-winning project, designed by DP(A), represents a remarkable transformation of the original Armadale Swimming pools in response to the growing demand for aquatic and recreational amenities within the local community. The newly envisioned facility encompasses a comprehensive array of features, including a 50-meter lap pool, leisure and tots pool, spa, sauna, and steam rooms, as well as a fully equipped gymnasium with accompanying fitness rooms, a creche, wet and dry changerooms, function and administration spaces, and a kiosk. Through meticulous spatial planning, the design team has achieved a harmonious fusion of architectural excellence and functional efficiency, creating a space where every corner of the facility is thoughtfully crafted to complement and activate the surrounding environment, ensuring maximum enjoyment and utility for all.
