Donovan Payne provided architectural services to the Kununurra Race Club Society for the proposed development of the Kununurra Race Club. These services included initial concept master planning for the demolition and upgrade of the existing bar and kitchen into a function center and café, power upgrades to the track, and feasibility studies for earthworks to support future building development, with a planned capacity of approximately 2,000 people. The scope of work included site concept sketches with building siting and layout, consultation with key stakeholders, and an initial cost plan based on the concept sketches.
