Located on the corner of Armadale Road and Weld Street, the Forrestdale Sporting Precinct stands as a beacon of athletic opportunity and community spirit; with combined functions including a sporting pavilion, community hall and youth spaces. After much anticipation, the precinct, formerly known as Forrestdale Community Hub, is to undergo redevelopment.

The City of Armadale engaged Donovan Payne Architects as the Lead Design team in early 2023 and plans for construction to commence in 2024. This long-awaited endeavour is to be completed in several stages which are outlined by the City of Armardale here.
