The new urban development of Piara Waters in the City of Armadale, WA includes the provision of extensive playing fields and a multi-use sports pavilion. As of December 2013, it is now under construction!
Donovan Payne Architects has delivered the design for this ‘broad acre’ community sporting precinct as a two-stage process. The first stage involved the completion of earthworks, infrastructure and grounds establishment prior to construction of the multi-user sports pavilion.
This is a similar process to that employed by Donovan Payne Architects at previous multi-code sports precinct developments such as Altone Park and Ballajura.
