Project Outcomes
Finished on time and on budget.
As the reference on the following page explains, Donovan Payne Architects provided St Hilda’s with some advice pertaining to a tender process for procurement of the builders. The Davis Langdon pre-tender estimate was $6.8million. Rod Sproule of Perkins Builders, who was the successful tenderer for $5.5million, stated that the quality and clarity of our documentation contributed substantially to the very competitive tender results.
Naturally, the school is delighted to have saved around $1.5million in project costs. Donovan Payne Architects is very proud of this result.
